Online orders and sales
Payments
For online orders we accept payment by credit card and PayPal. If you do not have a credit card or PayPal account, please call +61-3-9538-9200, use this form, or email sales@hookz.com.au to discuss alternative options.

Pricing and product information
All prices on this site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars. Prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice.
All product information and descriptions on this site have been provided in good faith. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the information on the website it is possible that some information may contain errors and omissions.
Payment is required before any goods will be delivered. You will be liable for any shipping and handling charges.
If a product is listed for an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If credit card payment has already occurred, we will refund the amount of the order in full.
Shipping
Shipping costs, if any, are shown on the checkout screens while placing your order.
Delivery policy and back-orders
Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods.
In the event that insufficient stock remains to fulfil your order, we will contact you within 2 business days of your order to advise you on how long it will take to source more stock, arrange an agreeable alternative item, or offer a full refund.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please telephone us immediately on 03-9538-9200. However, if your delivery has already been dispatched please note that it cannot be cancelled.
If you fail or refuse to take delivery of the goods you may be liable for all loss and damage suffered by us including all storage and handling costs and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
Refunds
Please choose carefully because we do not accept returns for a ‘change of mind’.
Warranty
The warranty shall be the current warranty provided by the manufacturer of the Goods.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The maximum liability of the Seller under this Agreement for any reason whatsoever, whether arising in tort or contract or under statute or for any other cause of action whatsoever, is hereby limited to the amount paid by the buyer to the seller under this Agreement and to the lowest of the cost of replacing the goods, the cost of repairing the goods and the cost of having the goods repaired or replaced and without limitation, any claims for faulty or defective design, negligence or misleading advice and for damages for loss or damage to the products or any indirect, special or consequential damages or injury to any person or the entity are, to the maximum extent permitted by law, hereby excluded.
Cancellations
No cancellation or partial cancellation of an order by the Buyer shall be accepted by Master Distributors unless it has first been consented to in writing by Master Distributors and a cancellation charge has being paid which, as determined by Master Distributors, will indemnify Master Distributors against all loss, without limitation. Cancellation will not be accepted on goods that are not regular stock, which are in the process of manufacture or are ready for shipment.
Incorrect shipment details
Please note Master Distributors does not accept responsibility for orders submitted with incomplete or incorrect address details. The Buyer will be required to pay any re-delivery costs.
Claims and defects
The buyer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within ten (10) days of delivery notify Master Distributors of any alleged defect, shortage of quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description. The Buyer shall afford Master Distributors an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time following delivery. If the Buyer shall fail to comply with these provisions, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.
Returned goods
- No Goods are to be returned to Master Distributors without the prior approval of Master Distributors.
- Agreed returns must be accompanied by the appropriate authority to return the goods for credit.
- Any Goods returned without the approval of Master Distributors will be returned to the sender at their cost.
- All Goods returned must be of a merchantable and resaleable quality such that the Goods are complete in the original packaging and not soiled.
- Returned goods must be accompanied by paperwork stating the invoice number the goods were originally supplied under and the approved credit authority number.
